About Peak Extracts: Joining the East Fork Cultivars family in 2022, the Peak lineup includes chocolate bars, topical salves, lotions, and tinctures crafted in small batches since 2014. Peak Extracts began with founder Katie Stem's journey with Crohn’s disease, her work in medical research, and study of traditional Chinese medicine, all of which led her to a very special herb: cannabis. Peak Extracts products focus on easy dosage and consistent effects through carefully crafted edibles, topicals, and tinctures.

Find Your Tincture

Our tinctures are made with sungrown cannabis from East Fork Cultivars (and a few close farm partners) and MCT oil. We offer carefully formulated ratios and single-cultivar options for targeted effects.

Cannabis + Chocolate

Chocolate contains anandamide, the "bliss molecule" which mimics the euphoric effects of cannabis. Our 70% dark chocolate's healthy fat content helps your body absorb cannabis for a fast-acting, full-spectrum experience.

Rescue Rub: Not Your Typical Topical

The award-winning herbal formula for Rescue Rub was developed by Peak Extracts Founder Katie Stem, a licensed Chinese herbalist. The 13-herb topical line is based on an ancient remedy to relieve discomfort. Each herb has a specific function, creating a unique and powerful topical designed to assist with recovery or discomfort.
